According to The Government of the HKSAR, the full implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging will commence on 1 April 2015, our Club will implement at the same period: Basic Plastic Bag HK$1 and Handle Plastic Bag HK$2.
However, plastic bags given out at restaurant will be exempted for
(i) carrying take-away food that has food hygiene concerns, or
(ii) packing up left-over food that forms part of the dine-in services.
